Our Macmillan Coffee morning was held on Wednesday 4th October and was a great success, raising in excess of £300. Many thanks to all parents, relatives and Friends who gave their kind and generous support for such a great cause.
Our Primary children visited the National Media Museum in Bradford, learning about the history of the media and watching a movie in the Imax Cinema.

The primary children and Alvin attended their Swimming Gala at Ilkley Pool on Tuesday 11th July. They demonstrated the skills they have learned over the past year, including for the older ones, swimming 100 metres with a variety of strokes.

Our parents enjoyed visiting Children’s House, listening to the children sing and then sharing their children’s work. It was a wonderful opportunity for new and established parents to network and chat to their children’s teachers.
Our Children’s House children visited Stump Cross Caverns to extend their learning on Rocks, Fossils and Minerals. They all had a great time and were fascinated when they went down into the caves.

The children had great fun on our two special outdoor activity stay and play Art Explorer sessions held on 8 July. The activities included “scooter painting” and making a bottle-top snail.

The pre-school children took part in a “Space”-themed Big Toddle to raise funds for Barnardo’s charity on 27 June.
Enjoying the May sunshine, the Cabin children visited Spout Yat woods, where they explored woodland activities with the help of a trained parks officer.
The pre-school children enjoyed a nature walk in the Spring sunshine this week, returning to school to experiment with painting the flowers they’d found through glass.
