All staff have been very carefully chosen and vetted. They all hold full and relevant qualifications. My two senior staff have Montessori diplomas. One of them also holds the Montessori Infancy Programme qualification as well as being NNEB/CACHE qualified. Both these senior staff have several years of experience working with babies. The environmment we provide is based on small mixed age grouping structure in spotless, warm and inviting surroundings set in glorious countryside. As well as the usual range of care and play experiences the children will be introduced to Montessori Early Years educational apparatus, practice and philosophy.
The setting has a large safe outdoor area to the rear and a sunny enclosed garden to the front. The building has undergone extensive refurbishment and it's entirely refitted with all the modern facilities including new gates and fencing externally.

Wharfedale Babies has only sixteen places available each weekday and aims to provide a top quality Montessori infant community.
Parents planning to take their children on holiday outside the six allocated weeks (see Important Information section) are required to give a full two months notice in order to receive a 50% reduced retainer fee for the period of holiday taken.

Holiday Weeks:
One week in Spring Bank Holiday, one week at Easter, two weeks in the Summer Holidays and two weeks at Christmas.
Fees Policy
Under two years old... £40 per day
Over two years old... £38 per day.
No price reduction can be offered for half-days or reduced hours. Fees payable monthly in advance on receipt of invoice.
Food & Drink:
Breakfast, cooked lunch and tea will be provided with an emphasis on really healthy fresh food. Preferences (e.g. vegetarian, vegan...), allergies or other medical conditions will be given our full attention.
OFSTED:
The setting has undergone full OFSTED registration and was inspected in Spring 2008 with excellent and outstanding result.
